Careers at MPT
The MPT Group strongly believes that successful market development is only possible with highly specialised, skilled workers. MPT works very closely with regional educational institutions to promote continual improvement of apprenticeship training in companies and to accelerate the further qualification of skilled workers.
In addition, MPT maintains cooperative academic relationships with universities, offering future-oriented dual study programmes as part of this.
The aim is to use attractive training programmes to train skilled workers within our own company and, through our collaboration with educational institutions from the region, to create the best possible teaching and learning environment. A strategic pooling of knowledge which, in conjunction with internal technology, product and process development, is intended to develop a centre of competence in the company.
Training
We provide training in the following apprenticeship professions:
- Tool mechanic
- Cutting machine operator
- Industrial management assistant
